Creative Size Adaptor

TurboAgents Creative Size Adaptor is an AI tool that rebuilds a single creative for every platform ratio — re-composing the photographic background for each shape while keeping your headline, logo and CTA as crisp, editable text layers — so a square feed post becomes a story frame that looks designed rather than stretched.

One creative, every platform ratio — and the text stays real text.

Upload one finished creative and it is rebuilt, not cropped, for every ratio you need. The photography is re-composed to suit each shape, and your headline, subhead, logo and CTA stay as real text you can still edit. What comes out looks like somebody laid it out for that size, because effectively somebody did.

What is Creative Size Adaptor?

Cropping is why your story frame looks wrong.

A creative is designed for one shape. Every other placement gets it by cropping, which pushes the product off-centre, cuts the logo, and squeezes a headline that was sized for a square into a tall frame where it either shrinks to nothing or wraps four times. It is the single most common reason paid creative looks cheap in one placement and fine in another.

Rebuilding is different from cropping. The background is re-composed for the new shape so the subject still sits where it should, and the text is re-laid rather than resized. Because the text stays live, the thing you approved is still the thing running:

One ad, re-composed for every shape
1 ADSquare 1:1Portrait 4:5Story 9:16YouTube thumbnailLandscape
Re-composition
Rebuilding the photographic background to suit a new aspect ratio, rather than cropping into the original and losing whatever falls outside the frame.
Live text layer
Text that stays real text rather than being flattened into the image, so it can be re-laid per size and edited afterwards.
Safe area
The region of a frame that platform interface elements will not cover. A story frame with a CTA behind the profile bubble is a wasted impression.
Platform ratio
The aspect a placement expects — 1:1 and 4:5 in feeds, 9:16 for stories, Reels and TikTok, 16:9 for YouTube thumbnails, plus landscape link posts and 3:4 / 4:3.
The Problem

You have a creative that works and six placements that need it in different shapes. Cropping ruins the composition and cuts the logo, doing it properly means a designer and a day per campaign, so most teams run the square everywhere and quietly accept worse performance in every placement that is not square.

How It Works

1
Upload the creative that works
One finished ad. It identifies the elements — headline, subhead, body, CTA button, logo, product, background — so each can be handled separately rather than as one flat picture.
2
Pick your formats
Tick the placements you run, or take a ready pack — Instagram, or the full funnel. Each one is rebuilt for its own shape rather than derived by cropping the original.
3
Adjust and export
Each size opens in the editor with the text and logo as live layers — fix a line break, shorten a headline for the tall frame, or tweak the background with one sentence. Download one size or the whole set as a zip.

What You Get

  • Every format you actually run — Feed squares, 4:5 portraits, 9:16 stories, Reels and TikTok, YouTube thumbnails, landscape link posts, 3:4 and 4:3 — each built for its own shape.
  • Backgrounds re-composed, not cropped — The photography is rebuilt per ratio so the subject stays where it should be instead of drifting out of frame.
  • Your headline as live text — Carried across rather than re-drawn, so your brand name is never misspelled by an image engine.
  • Logo and CTA placed, not clipped — Positioned deliberately in each shape, with platform interface elements taken into account.
  • Per-size copy edits — Shorten a headline for the tall frame without regenerating any artwork.
  • Element-aware handling — Headline, subhead, body, button, logo, product and background identified and treated separately rather than as one flat picture.
  • Tweak with a sentence — Ask for “warmer light” or “less clutter” and only the background changes — your words stay yours.
  • The whole set as a zip — Download one size, or every size in one zip, ready to upload straight into the ad platform.

More Than a Report

Where other market research tools stop, this keeps going.

Most tools hand you a PDF and walk away. TurboAgents gives you two things a static report can’t: charts you can actually use, and an analyst you can actually talk to.

Only on TurboAgents

Your headline does not become pixels

Most generative resizing flattens everything into a new image, which means the text is re-drawn — and re-drawn text is where you get a misspelled brand name, a mangled price and a logo that is subtly not your logo. Keeping type as a live layer avoids the entire category of problem, and lets you edit afterwards.

A generated headline can misspell your own brand name. A carried one cannot.
Rebuilt, not cropped

Every placement gets its own composition

A square composition put into a 9:16 frame either has the subject stranded in the middle with dead space above and below, or gets cropped until the product is half out of shot. Re-composing the background means the subject sits correctly in each shape, and the reserved space for text is in the right place for that shape.

One approved creative
✓1:1 feedThe original composition, unchanged
✓4:5 feedTaller frame, subject held, text re-laid
✓9:16 storyBackground extended, CTA moved clear of the interface
✓16:9 landscapeWider background, headline re-set to the new measure
✓YouTube thumbnailWide frame, headline re-set large and short
Five compositions, not one composition cropped five ways.
The realistic alternative

What teams actually do instead

Almost nobody resizes properly. They run the square everywhere, accept the story frame looking wrong, and never attribute the performance gap to the format. Making it a one-minute job rather than a design ticket is the difference between doing it and intending to.

Use Cases

  • →

Performance marketer running every placement — Stop leaving story and Reels performance on the table because the creative was only ever built for the feed.

  • →

Small team without a designer — Get a proper set of ratios without raising a ticket that will be done next week, after the campaign starts.

  • →

Brand running a seasonal push — Adapt the approved hero creative across every placement in one sitting instead of budgeting design time per format.

  • →

Agency delivering a campaign — Ship the full format set with the concept rather than as a follow-up invoice.

  • →

Anyone whose logo keeps getting cropped — Fix the actual cause — the creative being cropped rather than rebuilt — instead of nudging it and re-exporting.

  • →

Team testing across platforms — Compare like for like, because every platform is getting a creative built for its shape rather than a handicapped square.

Frequently Asked Questions

Rebuild. The photographic background is re-composed for each aspect ratio so the subject sits correctly in the new shape, rather than being cropped into and losing whatever falls outside the frame.

They stay as live text and image layers rather than being flattened into the picture. They are re-laid for each shape, and you can still edit them afterwards.

Because re-drawn text is where generative resizing goes wrong — a misspelled brand name, a mangled price, a logo that is subtly not yours. Carrying the real text across removes that whole category of error, and means a price change is an edit rather than a regeneration.

Seven: Instagram and Facebook square, Instagram portrait (4:5), stories, Reels and TikTok (9:16), YouTube thumbnail, landscape link post, and 3:4 and 4:3. Pick only the ones you need, or take a ready-made pack.

It is placed with the safe area in mind, which is a common failure in cropped creative — a call to action sitting behind a profile bubble is a wasted impression.

One finished creative that already works. The tool identifies the individual elements — headline, subhead, body, button, logo, product, background — so it can treat them separately.

Yes. Each size opens in the editor with the text and logo as live layers, so you can shorten a headline for a tall frame or move the logo without regenerating the artwork. To change the picture itself, describe the change in a sentence and only the background is redone.

Layout is where you build a creative from scratch. This takes one you already have and rebuilds it for every other shape. Most people design once and adapt here.

Your tokens for that size are returned automatically, and the ratios that succeeded are unaffected.
