Privacy Policy

This is what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it and how long we keep it. We have written it to be read, not skimmed past.

Who we are

TurboAgents is operated by EPIC KATHA PVT. LTD. (CIN U58203HR2025PTC129210), a company registered in India with its office at 22nd Floor, Magnum Global Park, Golf Course Ext Rd, Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “TurboAgents”, that is who it means. This policy covers the marketing site at turboagents.ai and the product at app.turboagents.ai.

What we collect

Your account

Name and email address, which you give us when you sign up, or which we receive from Google if you sign in with a Google account (we receive your name, email address and profile picture — never your Google password).
The answers you give during onboarding, such as what kind of business you run and what you want to use TurboAgents for. We use these to suggest a first tool and to decide which product emails are relevant to you.

What you put into the tools

Everything you type or upload to run a tool: website addresses, product details, brand information, briefs, scripts, and the photos or images you upload. This is the raw material the tools work on.
Brand Brain records, if you set one up: what we have read or you have typed about your brand, its products, customers and competitors, so you don’t have to retype it into every tool.
The results the tools produce, which we store so you can come back to them.

How you use the product

Which tools you run and when, and the tokens each run used. This is how your balance works and how we bill; it is also how we spot a tool that keeps failing.
Technical details your browser sends with every request — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited — which we use to keep the service secure and to find faults.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay, our payment provider. Your card or bank details go to them, not to us. We keep the record of your plan, what you paid and when, and the invoice.

On this website

The marketing site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and where they came from. It sets cookies for that. It does not receive anything you type into the product.

Why we use it

To run the tools. What you give a tool is used to produce that tool’s result. That is the whole product.
To bill you for the plan you choose and the tokens you use, and to send the receipts and account notices we are required to send.
To help you when you write to us, and to fix things that go wrong.
To keep the service safe: detecting abuse, protecting accounts, enforcing limits.
To improve the product, by looking at how tools are used in aggregate — which tools people run, where runs fail. We do not read your individual inputs to do this.
To send you product and marketing emails, only if you said yes. You choose this during onboarding. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them. We will still send essential account and billing notices, because those are part of running your account.

How the AI part works

Your inputs are sent to third-party AI model providers to produce your result. When you run a tool, the text and images you provide, together with our instructions for that tool, are sent to the AI provider whose model does the work. The provider processes them to generate the output and returns it to us. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train models of our own.

Please do not put passwords, payment details or other secrets into a tool — there is no tool that needs them.

Some tools also read public web pages and public social profiles that you name — your own website, a competitor’s, an Amazon listing, a creator’s public profile — through data providers built for that purpose. That public data is processed to produce your report and is not combined with anything about you beyond your account.

The video tools can generate footage of people. Before any render that includes a real person’s likeness, you confirm that you have the right to use it, and we keep a record of that confirmation with the job.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we never will. We share it only with the companies that help us run the service, and only what each one needs:

Hosting and database providers, which store your account, your inputs and your results.
AI model providers, which process your inputs to produce results, as described above.
Web-data providers, which fetch the public pages and profiles a tool reads.
Razorpay, which processes payments.
An email delivery provider, which sends the emails we send you.
Google Analytics, on the marketing site only.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business — in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

Where it is stored

Our providers run on servers that may be outside India and outside the country you are in. Wherever your data is, it is protected by the terms we have with each provider and by this policy.

How long we keep it

Your account, inputs and results — for as long as your account exists.
When you delete your account — from the product’s settings — your account, inputs, results and Brand Brain are removed. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and company law require us to keep them, and then deleted.
Marketing email preferences — if you unsubscribe, we keep a record that you did, so we don’t email you again by mistake.

Your choices and rights

See and correct what we hold about you — most of it is visible and editable in your account settings.
Delete your account yourself, from settings, at any time.
Get a copy of your data, by writing to us.
Stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them, or in your email preferences.
Ask us anything about this policy or how we handle your data at hello@turboagents.ai. We reply to every message.

If you are in a country whose law gives you further rights over your personal data — such as the right to object to processing or to complain to a regulator — those rights are yours and we will honour them.

Cookies

The product uses a cookie to keep you signed in; that one is essential. The marketing site uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the product still works, you will just have to sign in again.

Children

TurboAgents is a business tool for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and an account may only be opened by someone who is.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects what we do with your data, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
