Contact
One address, read by people. Tell us what happened and we will get back to you, usually within one working day.
What to write about
Something went wrong in a tool
Tell us which tool, roughly when, and what you put in. If tokens were charged for a run that failed they come back automatically. If they didn’t, say so and we will fix it.
Billing, plans and refunds
Write from the email address on the account. Our refund rules are short and in the Terms; if you are inside the annual-plan window, say so and we will process it.
The Agency plan
Agency is the one plan we set up with you rather than at checkout. Tell us a little about the team and what you run for clients.
Press, partnerships, anything else
Same address. A real person reads it.
Before you write
The quickest answers to the common questions are already on the site: how plans, tokens and rollover work is on the pricing section; what each tool does and needs is on its own page under Tools; refunds and cancelling are in section 4 of the Terms; and what we do with your data is in the Privacy Policy.
