Something went wrong in a tool
Tell us which tool, roughly when, and what you put in. If tokens were charged for a run that failed they come back automatically — if they didn’t, say so and we will fix it.
Billing, plans and refunds
Write from the email address on the account. Our refund rules are short and in the Terms; if you are inside the annual-plan window, say so and we will process it.
The Agency plan
Agency is the one plan we set up with you rather than at checkout. Tell us a little about the team and what you run for clients.
