Terms of Service

1. Who you are agreeing with

TurboAgents is provided by EPIC KATHA PVT. LTD. (CIN U58203HR2025PTC129210), a company registered in India with its office at 22nd Floor, Magnum Global Park, Golf Course Ext Rd, Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the product at app.turboagents.ai, you agree to these terms. If you are using TurboAgents for a company, you are agreeing on that company’s behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older. TurboAgents is a business tool.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us at once at hello@turboagents.ai if you think someone else has got in.
• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date — invoices and important notices go to the email address on the account.
• Every plan is for one person. One account, one user. Sharing an account across a team is not allowed; an agency with several people needs a plan per person or a conversation with us.

3. Plans, tokens and billing

TurboAgents is a subscription. Each plan gives you a monthly balance of tokens, and every tool run spends some of that balance. The price of each run is shown in the product before you start it.

• Free trial. A new account gets 500 tokens to use within 2 days. A trial does not renew, and any unused trial tokens are forfeited when it ends. No card is needed for a trial.
• Monthly plans renew automatically every month, and the plan’s tokens are added to your balance on each renewal. Annual plans are paid once for the year and receive the plan’s tokens each month of that year.
• Rollover. Tokens you don’t use carry forward, up to a cap of 2× your plan’s monthly allowance. Above the cap, a renewal does not add more.
• Top-ups. You can buy extra tokens at any time. They are added to your balance immediately and, once bought, are not refundable.
• Prices are shown in US dollars unless a local-currency price is shown at checkout. Prices exclude any tax we are required to add, which is shown at checkout. We may change prices for a future billing period; we will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change affects you.
• Failed runs are refunded automatically. If a tool run fails, the tokens it was charged are returned to your balance without you needing to ask.
• Upgrades and downgrades. You can change plan at any time. An upgrade takes effect straight away, with the difference for the current period charged in proportion; a downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

4. Cancelling and refunds

We can refuse a refund, or close an account, where we find the service has been abused — for example an account opened to collect repeated free trials.

5. What you may do with the tools

Use TurboAgents to market a lawful business. Specifically, you agree not to:

• break the law, or produce content that is defamatory, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• put a real person into a generated video, photo or ad without the right to use their likeness — the product asks you to confirm this, and the confirmation is recorded;
• point the tools at websites, profiles or listings in a way that is abusive to those sites or breaks their terms;
• try to get around token charges, rate limits or the free-trial rules, or open multiple accounts to do so;
• reverse-engineer the product, scrape it, or resell access to it;
• upload anything containing malware, or anything you don’t have the right to upload.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will warn you first.

6. What you own, and what we own

• Your inputs are yours. Everything you type or upload stays your property. You give us permission to store it and to process it — including sending it to the AI providers that do the work — only so far as needed to run the service for you.
• Your outputs are yours. Subject to the rights of others (a competitor’s logo in an ad you replicated is still the competitor’s), you own what the tools produce for you and may use it commercially.
• The product is ours. TurboAgents, its tools, the instructions behind them, its design and its name belong to EPIC KATHA PVT. LTD.. Your subscription gives you the right to use them, not to copy them.

8. Third-party services

TurboAgents relies on other companies: AI model providers, hosting, payments, email and web-data providers. We choose them carefully, but we don’t control them, and a fault on their side can affect the service. Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep TurboAgents up, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We add, change and occasionally retire tools; if a tool you use is retired we will point you to its closest replacement. Where a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect.

10. Ending the agreement

You can end it at any time by deleting your account from settings. We can end it if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service — in that last case we will give you notice and refund any part of a prepaid period you haven’t received.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows: the service is provided as it is; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data; and our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

13. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use TurboAgents after that date means you accept the new terms.
